DuPage Care Center Foundation VolunTeen Scholarship  

Did You Know…If you are an active VolunTeen at the DuPage Care Center (DPCC), you may be eligible for a scholarship to the college of your choice?

Teen Volunteers play an integral role at the DuPage Care Center.  They share their talents while helping to improve the quality of life for Center residents.  They also learn about the  healthcare field, develop new skills, make new friends, and enjoy the many rewards associated with helping others.  The DuPage Care Center Foundation is proud to offer scholarship opportunities to these special Teens.

Information and the application is available in the Volunteer Services Office at the DuPage Care Center. Completed applications must be received no later than May 9th  of the current school year.  The name of the scholarship winner will be announced by the end of June!   

This scholarship opportunity is open to current high school seniors who have been active in the VolunTeen Program at the DuPage Care Center, have logged at least 50 volunteer hours, and who have followed the guidelines of the VolunTeen Contract. All applicants must submit official transcripts with proof of grade point average, as well as lists of academic and extra-curricular accomplishments and volunteer positions held outside of DPCC. Applicants also will need to submit answers to six questions listed on the last page of the application.
