In response to Public Act 103-0400 and 55 ILCS 5/3-5018.2 DuPage county is issuing a proposal for Ordinance FI-O-0001-24 that will be considered by the County Board at its December 12, 2023 meeting. You can find links below to the Public Act as well as the proposed ordinance. The Public Act goes into effect January, 1st 2024.
